OooOooh! You're gonna wanna get a close up on this one. Take a minute to come in and smell the flowers!
I happened upon these flowers outside of the courthouse in London. They were subtle, but bright and were subject to the flurry of birds and bees that surrounded them. They also complemented the unruly vines that were sneaking their way up the side of the large concrete building, which too were full of life. Vines taking over some of our concrete jungle? Now that's justice!

i remember this lovely london flower! i too thought it was lavender but i was duly corrected one day when a friendly stranger asked me if i knew its name (almost like he expected me to answer incorrectly) when i told him i thought it was lavender he said that even though it looked quite similar and its smell could trick you into thinking its lavender, it is actually a member of the sage family.
